I think there should be a week where ALL posters use a picture of themselves as avatars. I'd do it.
I know that 'Jim', 'Andy the Goth' and 'Karin' already use pics of yourself for your avatars, respect to youse guys, but it'd be funny (and revealing...) if we all did it.

On floodland the role was filled by Von himself, and an old friend who later became known as judas, but for various legal reasons I can't name him, but you figure it out
Think of her role as more performance art, and was booted for failing to do that correctly and eating all the pies...
