Have you never been on a motorway happy pootling along the inside lane (at whatever speed) and come upon someone in the middle lane (of an otherwise empty motorway) doing about 50?
Annoying cnuts.

Since I'm a migistarte and spend a good deal of time handling Road Traffic offenses I'll keep out of this one except to say that I've got three points on my licence for speeding (average 35 mph in a 30 zone) and there's no excuses for it. Also Dangerous Driving doesn't carry a custodial sentence.

which is strange, considering Driving whilst Disqualified can often mean getting sent down; although the possible reasons for disqualification include an accumulation of points for non-dangerous things eg exhaust blowing or passenger-side tail light out.

my speeding offence will be a speed offenders course and60 quid fine but no points on my licence.phew
