So, what is doable for all you peeps, what is the earliest hour we can meet? 1800 hours in Leuven? Or more towards 2000 hours?

Roll calls!

IZ.
My idea was just to get together in Leuven with whoever's based there, and then move towards Tienen once everyone's there. I wasn't even thinking hours, just when everyone thinks (s)he's up for a drink or so? Six'ish is perfect for me, for all I care earlier is fine too :D

When will everyone arrive in Leuven? Claire will be there the day before, Andrew at 11, Debs and Dave at when-o'clock? Anyone I'm missing?

Of course, just go where you will have most luck finding a parking spot for those with wheels 8)

I was thinking of taking the bus to Tienen, but it looks like trains get there in 11 min for €3 whereas buses probably take ages even though it'll cost only 1 euro less? The choice is up to or foreign friends 8)

On another note.

After I made a firm decision months ago I started to have second thoughts about the whole Fields/Sisters dilemma. So a couple of days ago I finally bought myself a ticket for Suikerrock.

I’ll probably be there a lot earlier though, somewhere in the early afternoon is my best guess.
so Debs you were right not to delete my name from the list  see you there!
all others, I’ll be the shy guy by the bar (and a couple of hours later I’ll be the loud guy in front of the stage ;D )
Iz, 10€ will be in my pocket

Not for long it will!

Now I can't make it any earlier than five-ish, so I suggest that people want to start to booze earlier, just do it!

I'll page one of you when I am near Leuven (Zeno most probaly, or maybe La Butterfly) to see whether you are still there or already waggling to Tienen

Train is an option, otherwise, there are three or four lucky ones that can have a lift from our Louvain drinking spot to Tienen ;)

Oh the list of course! It was just to see who's going and who's not really.

This plan is coming together nicely then....I'll get my arse into Belgium to be there around four/five-ish then okay? I'll let Dave know what time and then I'll let you know I've arrived via text...

Great stuff! ;D

Ok, since it hadn't occurred to me that I might actually be able to go, I've completely not looked into this.

What're the chances of tickets on the door?

The "English" site is in Dutch :(

Edit Just saw that you can print tickets yourself.

Pending parental veto re: being completely shattered when he gets back from England, put me down for a Motz + Dad :D

Smashing, you're just back and you're joining in for the fun bits already, that's how it's supposed to be :D

And indeed, it's just buy on their site and print them yourself 8)

Can I break with tradition and be a massive pain in the arse please? ;D

I am just thinking that Tienen might really be the better option for pre-gig drinky-poos... reason being we're ALL going to be there, every last one of us Sisters-loving (or Sisters-tolerating) international rock'n'rolling maniacs. While a large number of us will be in Leuven, things might be a bit fragmented if we have our pre-gig p*ss-up there.

The more of us that can get together in one place, the better, IMHO. Although it means that getting a round in will be more expensive, it also means that your chances of having to do it will be drastically reduced  :innocent:

As I tried to explain, the Leuven bit would be a pre-pre-drink thing, not a pre drink, hope that's clearer  (it isn't to me, but hey ) So yes, the goal is to gather in Tienen as soon as we can, but leave Leuven together with everyone who stays there. And to make the waiting time more pleasant than standing at a bus stop watching your watch :D

PS Claire, could you be so kind as to answer your PMs?

What´s this whole Leuven thing? I originally planned to go directly to Tienen around 3 'o clock, but it's starting to sound like I really can't do that :innocent:
Location in Leuven? Method of recognition?
I will be bringing me bud by the way, he missed Zottegem due to vacation obligations so he's happy to go this year..

No texts received yet. Odd! PM received though! :D

@ Tidal: Just exchange moby numbers with someone and we'll inform you of our exact location/pub and whether we're in Tienen or Leuven :D Leuven is just a gathering for the ones that stay there to move to Tienen together but everyone's more than welcome :D

Hello HL
I will first go to Antwerpen in the morning.
Then in the afternoon it is Tienen time.

Isn't there a place / pub / restaurant to meet up in Tienen ?

Greetings !

anyone coming from Prague? Nevermind :|

If there will be Tienen pre-whatever-drink open to newbies (even though quite a old one), I will be delighted to join...

The gig apparently led Saturn to do an ad on the backside of today's GvA (newspaper) with FALAA in it.

Now when was the last time the Sisters were featured in a newspaper/magazine in that good a place
