Return of the son of 'Currently Listening'

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I heard it on t'radio yesterday and at first I thouht it was George Michael or somebody similar. But...the more I hear it I think it grows on me. It was the solo near the end that got me to be honest. :innocent:

to buy: http://www.regoid.com/page%203.html

been a while since he made them available so wouldn't be surprised if he'd sold out... gotta be worth a try emailing him first anyway? artworkinfo@ntlworld.com :?

if that fails, just ask debaser nicely and she can ask reg personally  :notworthy:
OOOps, I didn't see this reply sorry  And I wouldn't say chatting to Reg and Nicola once in over 6 odd years is 'personally'

I was lovely catching up with them both the other weekend mind you. Nicola was asking after the old Wishville crew

You got good taste, boss! I was a big fan of that tripped out planet dog stuff back in the nineties (still am actually) and the best rave I ever went to was a Mega Dog one :D

Good call on the Muse topic btw, it's just one of those bands I cannot stand...

Muse's first couple of albums are OK, but Matt Bellamy did the usual "rock-star disappears up own arse" trick.
The fundamental cause of the trouble is that in the modern world the stupid are cocksure while the intelligent are full of doubt.

The boy Bellamy can play his instrument, I can give him that much... but I never ever liked them one bit and I don't really understand people that do :innocent:

Banco De Gaia is of course from Leamington Spa.
He played at the Hawkwind all dayer last year in Leamington - best thing on the bill by far. :P

Captain, I concur, it's all got too much... although I do still quite like some of the old stuff, ...Shaun Keaveny from R6 summed it up during one of the first plays of Survival (their Olympics number), during this long Wagnerian rock opera piece of bombastic pompous nonsense, he constantly took the p*ss " Stand back, stand back" "Oh no, there's more" only to finish with "and that was Muse.....Idiots"

we shouldn't be ashamed of the music we listen to, it is the mood you are in at that point in time. it would get boring if music tastes were exactly the same & it's interesting when somethingelse crosses your path. a bit like tastes in food & sex etc.

Of course dear!
It shouldn't be taken too seriously... even though it means the world to me. It is great to have a bit of a laugh though
