Victim of Circumstance wrote:Btw, the Dead Flowers auction won't end up on the cheap - more than 8 days to go and already at €89.50
Now it's at €300, so if someone really wants it, it's probably best to just buy it on Discogs for €375.
That being said the top bidder for both this and Green Eldritch with zero feedback looks rather suspicious IMO, especially since this seller has done some dubious things in the past. An example can be found on his eBay feedback profile, and I have experienced some more minor things first hand.
The items I ended up buying from were always very nice though.

well, it smells a little bit. And if I remember correctly, there always wa a litte bit strangeness in all auctions I bit against him. Often a lot of bidders wwith 0 feedback. But I can be wrong. If so: Sorry!
But I decided to make only a low bid to see what happens and I will definitive not bid any more on these pretty things.
Next please!

Won't be bid on them, either. I already got both records

'it's a small world and it smells funny
I'd buy another if it wasn't for the money'
wise words indeed, as is the phrase 'caveat emptor'

So the zero feedback bidder won both auctions in the end, and so far the items are still available on Discogs.

right!! I was also waiting to see what will happen about that and it strikes me as really strange. The prices in both sites are/were far too expensive for me but I need to clarify some things about the whole situation...

Maybe the seller just thought things over when he realised that he won't get what he had imagined for these treasures ...

Thought what over? Both items "sold" on eBay, but a little later prices were changed on Discogs (Green Eldritch 300 to 330 euro, Dead Flowers 375 to 350 euro).

Congrats VOC, EUR 43,50 is a steal! I placed a bid 2 hours earlier, but in the end I didn't bother to get out of my chair

I was in a meeting and I had no chance to bid.

Actually no, but as a matter of fact I'm interested in records, not persé in boxes or bad shirts. But that's just how I think.
