Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.
@mh my first was worst than the second. Just a mild type of hangover like mood the day after the jab nothing else

Got my second shot last Thursday and got sick as a dog Friday. Still not normal. I always have low blood pressure but now it feels I have none. Also continuous headaches and such. Hope it goes away fast

Here, in England, they were recommending paracetamol rather than ibuprofen for any post jab headaches. No reaction here after my two AZ injections. I did have an attack of the 'whirlies' after jab 2 but that did coincide with leaving the air conditioned GP surgery and walking into a sun trap car park on the hottest day of the year in the grim north, so likely my celtic skin tone rather than the medicine methinks.
....if I have to explain, then you'll never understand....
In all fairness though, my system is prolly much more used to dealing with toxins then you clean(er) livng types. When my big bvrother was starting his cancer treatment his oncologist said it was ironic that regular substance abusers' bodies were able to cope with nasty chemicals better simply because they're used to well- nasty chemicals. like bruce lee & aspirin i spose... thank you, I do feel better. took me about a week. I tend to take Ibuprofen, it works much better than anything else especially when headaches are involved, but only took 200 mg, so a small dose. maybe it was also the 40 degree weather and all the stress in my life. anyways hope I have a nice batch of antibodies now. yesterday was craving some beer lol so I guess I'll survive:)

My sister in law tested positive for the plague today , had a flow test earlier which was negative , all these people thinking it's gone away ......
Got my third shot last week, making me interesting for a very limited amount of time, until everyone has a third shot story.
It’s not quite as bad as the second shot, but still utterly miserable. My lymph nodes inflamed and now they itch.
Having said that - both my kids (both fully vaccinated) got sick and spread it to everyone in their lives except for me. They tested negative for covid multiple times, but who knows.
I’m covering for 3 fully vaccinated people who are out on extended covid-related leaves. It’s a total cluster in the USA because of all the fucktards.
Fully vaccinated and yet they 've managed to get it? omg that sounds concerning!
Best wishes to go all well and don't scratch!

I’m afraid so, my friend! “Mild cases”, meaning they’re likely to die, but it seems that long term covid is possible in breakthrough cases as well. Anecdotally, breakthrough covid is extremely common.
EDIT: You are still WAY less likely to get covid if you’re vaccinated. My area has a very high vax rate, so when 10 vaccinated people get covid, there’s 300 vaccinated people who were exposed and didn’t get it. And most everyone who isn’t vaccinated gets it.
(On the bright side, I can scratch my armpits/groin unobserved since we’re basically in lockdown again!)

Did you get Pfizer?
I'm living in New Zealand, we're getting Pfizer - it's the only one available to us. Had the first one now, apparently we're the lowest vaccinated country in the first world (but then our Government are like children playing at governing).

I think your government are doing an excellent job. A week or two ago I read the statistic that 27 people in NZ had died from Covid. That's not 27 per day, that's EVER.

Plan B - get Murdoch media to blame everyone else
There is an interesting correlation between the countries with high COVID infection and death rates and the countries with prevalent Murdoch media. Makes you wonder if Uncle Rupe wants us all dead for some reason.
The UK has about 40,000 new infections a day at the moment and we're approaching 140,000 deaths overall. Johnson looks to have got his "let the bodies pile high" moment. Bolsonaro is facing charges of "crimes against humanity" for his part in the deaths of 600,000 Brazilians from COVID. If only there was someone in the UK with the backbone to bring similar charges against our clown-in-chief.
The fundamental cause of the trouble is that in the modern world the stupid are cocksure while the intelligent are full of doubt.
