Interesting aside: Bovril's name is partially derived from Theosophy.

Doughnuts need nae additions other than sugar or cheap icing, at a pinch synthetic cream. The pish ASDA etc. peddle is not a doughnut but some Amerikanized version of the classic British (Scottish?) artery clogger.
