crash
because of the lyrics
then summer
because of the music
the rest requires an album release in order to be weighed imo - can't base opinions on live performances for the other songs, dunno why.

Come Together
Can take or leave this one. It's not bad, but it's on the No Time To Cry level of "yes, and what of it?"
Crash And Burn
SHINY. I just wish I had the faintest idea what he was on about. I get the gist, but...
Romeo Down
Ponderous, but I like it. It grows on you, seeping in like concrete cancer. It's got the same vibe as the Reptile House stuff; you've got to be in the right doomy mood to listen to it.
Slept
The only thing that's genuinely notable about this is the chorus. Makes me laugh every time.
Summer
Great tune. I worry about the dense lyricism of yesteryear, though; this was supposed to be the planned single and it's so vague, all smoke and mirrors and pretty lights. I suppose that's why.
Top Nite Out
Yes.
War On Drugs
Do not listen to this whilst in possession of the Horn.
We Are The Same, Susanne
First new song I heard. I like it, but again, there's something missing... it's too self-contained, I think. I miss the "hunt the reference to German architectural extravaganzas" game.
Will I Dream?
No. Faulkner references (it is Faulkner, isn't it?) are not enough to justify this naff-awful lightweight of a tune.
Still
Er. Hold on: can't find a clear version, and if I heard it live I don't remember it. Sounds okay. Need the words to judge.
So: War on Drugs when having the Horn, Top Nite Out or Crash and Burn the rest of the time.
