SISTERS have just been played on BBC1

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

I'l actually surprised it was only picked up today, as I've been hearing/seeing this trailer since last week. Doesn't anyone watch auntie Beeb anymore on the Island?

If I recall correctly, you get £75 for a part of a record played as "incidental music" per time it's broadcast. I don't know how that's split between performers, writers, and record companies though.

...So the 2007 tour is a goer, then..?

Thanks for the info - the £75 is a very precise figure. Top marks.

Either that or a few more lines of cheap whizz.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

It may be precise, but I'm not sure if it's right...

I watched that but missed Colours. It must've been on when I swapped channels to see how that well known club from North London were doing.

Is this a repeat of it? http://www.radiotimes.com/ListingsServl ... llpage.jsp

It was played in the last 5 mins.
Nothing to get overexcited about, it was just nice surprise to hear it on the box.

Just noticed in the TV guide that the first episode of Robin Hood season 2 (on tomorrow night) is called "Sisterhood".

Coincidence?
