Lowlands Invasion 13th - 16th... Surrender now or perish!!!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

  Did I tell you about that?

I got Trainspotting when I was 13, ten years on and I think she still has it stashed away somewhere for fear that if I read another sentence of it I'd end up a junky.

In the meantime, I got into the Velvet Underground and Nico...

Well I know you missed us all and we are just home after a fantastic night on the town in A'dam ~ a truly stunning city where the people are friendly.

Anyhoo we got to have a gorgeous meal before we split in half at my fav. church in A'dam known as Paradiso and the gig....well they enjoyed it ~ the rest will fill you in on that one and the other half went to that lovely park where Andrew S has bad stoned moments in and then waited to meet up again. We just drank and then surfed in the tram and of curse we høve øverdince øf dees aktiøz oops...what's going on! LOL ;D

*giggle* heeheehaahaaoøøhoohoo....of home we gø.

God then the bus almost killed us from behind and we had to jump oot the way. Barefoot. De weg to home was long.

Now we are just getting proper pissed & WILL DESTROY...not my house, up the road!

I take it you all had a great time then. Amsterdam seems to be HL's city of choice just now - I'll be there in a couple of weeks and I can't wait! Any suggestions for eating drinking etc most welcome!

It was absolutely gorgeous :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:

We had some hilarious moments: 'the mentos on the platform,
the long walk that nearly ended on the graveyard,
running against Debs (can you imagine where Debs' trousers were hanging  ),
hiding in de scheet with Klèèr 8) , going crazy on YCBTO  ,
Debs and I nearly wetting our pants, didn't we honey?
and many many more ...

Most relaxing moments: Muse with Zeno sitting by the canal after the impressive gig :notworthy:
and lots of red wine...

Everything and everybody were just so lovely :notworthy:  :notworthy:

Thanks again Debs, Jos and the kids for having us over.

Yes, thank you Andrew we did have more than a great time! It does seem that A'dam is being flooded with HL folk but it's (up until now) always been a pleasure! I know of your plans and we'll suggest something in awhile. I'm sure you and Aaron would enjoy club 11 though, you can have a five course meal, drinks and dancing! :D
I'll get make to you on other suggestions soon.

Yes, you heard right, I am lost for words. Enjoy it while it lasts

I will make a better post once I fully regain my powers of blabbering nonsense, complete with pictoral evidence that can, if necessary, be used in a court of law.

In the meantime, suffice to say :D  8) :P    :!: ;D :innocent: :notworthy:
