Paradiso Feb 24th.
Where do you guys stay over night? I booked a room at the "hotel kap" very close to the venue.

I think I've stayed there before. Is it just round the corner from the Heineken museum? Seemed to remember it was very nice.DocSommer wrote:Where do you guys stay over night? I booked a room at the "hotel kap" very close to the venue.
But to answer your question, I did try to book a room at Hotel Terminus just next to the Grasshopper but they're full.
The only problem with Hotel Kap is that it's a long way from the train station (be being lazy!).
@ lachert - if you want cheap try The Kabul (Warmoesstraat 38-42, Amsterdam (Red Light District).

compared to most of the other hotels I would say "yes"s it cheap? i need something for two person.
Hmm that's lame^^ I wanted something close to the venue so I can easily get rid of my recording stuff after the show (and pick it up before). According to it's ~500 metres footway to the paradiso. The only problem with Hotel Kap is that it's a long way from the train station (be being lazy!).

Just booked a room at Hotel Terminus (click)
Nowhere near the Paradiso but stumbling distance from the train station and the Damrak.

Hotel Kap is very nice too. You might be best to take a tram from the train station if that's how you're getting there though.TheBoyNextDoor wrote:Booked at Hotel Kap a couple of days ago. See you there.

It sounds nice. I have no clue where the train station, hotel kap or Paradiso are so.. but I hope to solve that little issue when I get there.

Looking forward to it myself.
I'm wondering if I should buy the tickets now.
They won't sell out will they? Or will they?

If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

I normally book the ticket first before going into travelling....

There's still some time to figure out something - ebay is a good start and maybe some of our dutch guys here around may know somebody who can't make it to the show.
My method exactly: 1. ticket, 2. transport, 3. accommodation. NEVER a different order. Because I know that when I have the ticket, the rest will always work itself out fine somehow.Cyberbio wrote:I normally book the ticket first before going into travelling....
Good luck Hom_C.
No idea how reliable this site is, and what's it all about (is it like e-bay? no idea ), I came across this when the Helsinki tickets seemed to be sold out (but didn't have to use it in the end):
http://www.getmein.com/rock-and-pop/the ... ckets.html
edit: they seem a bit expensive there, though.
