I think I've stayed there before. Is it just round the corner from the Heineken museum? Seemed to remember it was very nice.

But to answer your question, I did try to book a room at Hotel Terminus just next to the Grasshopper but they're full.

The only problem with Hotel Kap is that it's a long way from the train station (be being lazy!).

@ lachert - if you want cheap try The Kabul (Warmoesstraat 38-42, Amsterdam (Red Light District).

compared to most of the other hotels I would say "yes"

Hmm that's lame^^ I wanted something close to the venue so I can easily get rid of my recording stuff after the show (and pick it up before). According to it's ~500 metres footway to the paradiso.

Just booked a room at Hotel Terminus (click)

Nowhere near the Paradiso but stumbling distance from the train station and the Damrak.

:D Hotel Kap is very nice too. You might be best to take a tram from the train station if that's how you're getting there though.

It sounds nice. I have no clue where the train station, hotel kap or Paradiso are so.. but I hope to solve that little issue when I get there.

:urff: at least you haven't disposed your tickets by mistake like somebody else :innocent:

There's still some time to figure out something - ebay is a good start and maybe some of our dutch guys here around may know somebody who can't make it to the show.

My method exactly: 1. ticket, 2. transport, 3. accommodation. NEVER a different order. Because I know that when I have the ticket, the rest will always work itself out fine somehow. :D
Good luck Hom_C.
No idea how reliable this site is, and what's it all about (is it like e-bay? no idea :? ), I came across this when the Helsinki tickets seemed to be sold out (but didn't have to use it in the end):
http://www.getmein.com/rock-and-pop/the ... ckets.html

edit: they seem a bit expensive there, though. :urff:
