And it's been twenty five years...

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

thank you
I have no idea what these two are but I know the original is far from near the top of my list. Which happens to change daily.

thank you

3 of mine in the top 6 - enough to keep the faith. :D

Well, if I'm being honest I'd have to say:

Nine While Nine - just about crept into the top five on that album and they were all considered pretty mediocre by me at the time. A long shortcoming of expectations raised by previous releases.

Never Land - never got it, never will.

Ribbons - still prefer More (but then I spent my mid teens lying on my bed wailing to Meatloaf's Bat Out Of Hell) and Something Fast (cos the lyrics are witty on so many levels).

But the whole point of this thread was to gain a wider view, so :notworthy: to all who took the time to participate.

Something Fast (I'm with you, Francis on that one)
Lights (quintessential über-goth song)
Marian (we girls just love romantic blether. )
