As for the meeting point I would recommend the Chao Ba Café, 5 minutes by walk to the venue, we could have enough room
Nice place but don't expect some Sisters music inside

For the subway, on friday it is the same hours as saturday ! From monday til thursday it operates til 1 am.
And indeed it's true every first sunday the entrance is free on the national museums
