Found him after the Show
It was great to meet many people from poison-door and Heartland before the show and in the pit. Show was OK for me I guess - seems Ben and Dylan are doing way more backing vocals nowadays and actually Ben has improved a lot and fit's nicely in the mix, same goes for Dylan.
was also there I think lol

Do you think he's realised he sings better with the mic in the stand? No strolling around or distractions, just get on with business.

Sounds great, seems they've switched up the arrangement a little on This Corrosion too, with the choir oohs and the harmony at the end brought back from the Floodland version!

Temple of Love with very bad sound, but interesting clip filmed from the stage with Von having a smoke, pictures of the setlist and so on.

Just a quick review now that I am back in London.
Hammaburg reminded me of Bonn 2001 in being an outdoor gig on a warm-ish evening. It seemed a well-run festival and there were plenty of Sisters t-shirts on show which augured well.
This was a solid gig; Andrew's voice sounded a lot stronger than in 2017 which was reassuring. Ben and Dylan work well together and from everything we've heard we know they get on really well. At one point I was expecting (or hoping) Ben and Dylan to do some Status Quo synchonised guitarist rocking ("Here we go rockin' all over the world"). They love those Firebird guitars. Ravey looked the rockstar at the back.
The setlist itself carried no surprises and it was quite short with an early curfew, but the optimism and the one-off Hamburg 2019 t-shirt all contributed to making it well worth the trip over.

Probably, fair play that he's taking as much care as possible to be able to deliver as strong a vocal as possible. But it was the chunky crunchy guitars that caught my attention, particularly on Susanne. Previous live versions since 2006 have been a bit Ben-ified for my liking, but this sounds like old skool (ie 98 - 2003) crunch and chug, which suits the song better IMO.
@ Being, yup nice set of vids from this person, cheers person whoever you are
Crash & Burn also showing much evidence of rocking-the eff-out
As for those Firebirds, there's an outstanding aesthetic quality to those beasts stage left and right. Utterly by the by but cool/funny anyway.

Worth the entry fee all by itself, this is beautiful, pure Sisters being The Sisters. Nothing finer than that within the realms of musical entertainment. Cheers
Properly wish I'd grabbed a Saturday Roundhouse tkt now, but tbh couldn't afford the travel anyway. But rather than feeling ambivalent about catching a show I'm now gutted not to be.
Massive thanks to all contributors from this show, finally it feels like the girls are on tour

Thank you all for posting those fab videos and pictures! It was really a great concert.
Was my first of the Sisters in nearly 15 years and I wasn't disappointed. Great sound, great voice and

.
Lovely to meet some of you Heartlanders too!
Hope to see you in Berlin.

These are really good, thank you.
Those guitars got me thinking of ZZ Top...
And
