Another thing that occurred me, the fact Chris isn't playing might indicate that Dylan is merely on a timeout or something? Assuming that straight up replacing him would be disrespectful
Not to mention it‘s unsure how familiar Chris is with the new material. Rehearsing overnight? Seems a bit ambitious …
i think he's not familiar with the use of the kemper amps
Au contraire, afaik one of the kemper on stage on 2020 was actually a loaner from Chris

Errant guitarists, beware.

Dominion Mother Russia.

Once I stop paying attention to the stuff and nonsense we're having a really good show....

Giving Ground. And for once I'm not missing this at the bar.

Von and Ben on joint vocals.

And it is good.

Suzanne and Summer.

Patchy.

Now Dr Jeep / Det which I never like. It's no better for one fewer vocalist and guitarist.

I was wrong.

First time I've thought Ben was leading the vocal.

It's a great song though.

When you don't see me.

I love Ben but his vocals are bog standard rock backing vocals and it becomes almost Karaoke versions.

This ain't great.

Vision Thing

If you came at this cold you'd say it was fine.

I'm aware I'm sounding a bit negative but they had become so f**king good live.

Ah well.

On the beach is still pretty good.

When I'm on fire to finish.

I'm reminded that the official site when Dylan joined said "so that's happening."

And now we have "So that happened".

Ah well. Personally I hope it gets sorted but who knows?

Noticed that too. A mic in the ready, an invite was made, they waited until the very end?

Prime Minister of Cold Shoulders shrugs again.

Even as the biggest apologist for what the band is and does now, and I did still enjoy this gig, it was a mess. No other way to put it. Is Dylan coming back? Will Chris come back when Ravey (all being well) comes back? It was another step closer to karaoke. Ben saved that. I don't know what else to say.
