I don't remember much about the 80's, the words drug, induced and stupor spring to mind, but I do remember the Sisters were considered Goth. As opposed to Killing Joke (more my cup of tea at the time) who were technically Goth but considered post punk rockers

He He, It is Goth behaviour?
I have no idea what goth behaviour is, but i do have a cat
Am i goth? (she's grey by the way, not black :von: )

By the way, my beloved Sisters are NOT goth hehe

And the fact that i occasionally listen to the Sisters or the Fields of the Nephilim or the Cure or Ordo Equilibrio or Arcana at night in the middle of a pentagram in a dark old forest with an old church in ruins near by a cemetery dressed in all black with candles lit doesn't make me a goth either
I just like it that way :von:

Goths=weirdos
The only good goth is the dead goth. Hmm this is redundant, most of them ARE dead anyway, aren't they? At least some look like they are. :von:
And the Sisters are NOT goth, I don't listen to goth music :von:

And i agree with gs, dressing in black is a matter of personal choice, has nothing to do with gothness :von:

By the way, does anyone else think Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor kicks *ss? It's really beautiful isn't it?

By, the way, in case someone didn't notice i'm *cough cough* not a *cough* goth ;-)

Let's pretend for the sake of argument that the Sisters MIGHt have been at SOME point a LITTLE gothlike :P
At least they did it with style hum? Has anyone ever done it better then them? I don't think so.

And back them (the good old days) things were a little different no?
Something that once was meaningful, artsy, had depth and beauty turned into a bunch of clichès put together by a younger (and cluless) generation
And the fact that americans discovered gothdom didn't help much either, did it?
I should go to sleep before i embaress myself further
:von:

By the way, i'm not bashing america or the young (i'm still a young kid myself  ), i just mean that when something becomes fashionable usually its 'soul' is ruined, whatever that is
Oh well, who cares anyway

ZZZZZzzzzzzzz zz z z

We know Von's current opinion on goth's.
But has he always been a man like this?
I don't know but if I think about the name he has taken:
Eldritch...
What do you think?
