A home cooked dopiaza curry. I use a bought sauce (time/effort/lack of skill) but the chicken marinade I use is all mine:
A heap of cumin, a pile of dried coriander, four chopped chillies, a splash of extra virgin and a good dollop of mayo/cream/yoghurt. Chop in the chicken, give it a good stir, pour it all in a plastic bag and leave in the fridge for a few hours.
Fry the chunks up and they have a great kick.

If you appear at the door I'm not sure whether to be scared or very, very impressed that you found me!

I'm not in any condition to go prowling around & stalking folks.
I just meant that your supper sounded really good to me.

Hey, no worries - I was only joking and thanks for the compliment, of course!

If I had it in me to go traipsing across the galaxy,
I'd aim for the nearest Sisters concert, to be sure,
not randomly stalking e-folk for a plate of food.
As it is, I'm gonna go traipsing up toward the liquor store,
which is, by far, much closer...
...and'll be much less sober upon my return.
I promise.

Mmmm! That sounds nice.
The other day, we made some oatmeal cookies & threw some dried cranberries in along with the raisins, which turned out really well!
