Suppose it's true ( i could not find any other sources, other than Kremlin linked and The Times of Isreale, however in article written by M(r)s Vasilyeva), let's face it, it has source in Russian agression on Ukraine, it's a natural that in face of great ongoing trouble that may cause ereasing Ukraine from maps, nationalism is rising, same would happen in France, Belgium, Holland, UK, etc. From that point of view it nothing new. Not to mention that nationalisms are rising like undeads, in UK (Brexit), in USA (Trump), in Poland (current gov., plus even extreme right-wingers and neo-nazi), in Greece (New Dawn), in Austria, in Germany, and so.

Not that it should make us less worrying, if that (number) true.
