We all became straightedge as a New Year's resolution?
More coffee for me, and some somehow-in-season watermelon. I dread the consequences for the rest of the day.

Cobra and white wine (separately).
Given the fact I need to be up in 3 hours and 10 mins to go to London, it's starting to seem a bit silly that I'm continuing.

A bottle of Purdeys - my drink of choice after a big swim.
Weird taste but does the job!

I killed off the last half of the Cuervo earlier
and polished off the last half of my Sailor Jerry's Rum.
(Although, I did share some shots of the latter)
Now home again,
Now sober again.
Now nursing a bit of apple juice.
While my head clears a bit before bed.

By the Boulevard Brewing Co. I'm generally not a fan of the style, but this is simply divine.

Cold coffee.
I didn't realise it was cold until it was halfway down my throat of course.

... that reminds me of Feb 16th, when Starbucks on Briggate managed to sell me some Iced Caffe Latte ...
...
Well, on the bench in the sunshine it was tasty enough for the moment ...
... had to have a real hot one afterwards, however ...

ah, a staple in my diet!
i always forget to drink my coffee when it's nice and hot, then i go and make a fresh cup. repeat cycle a couple of times and hey presto, you've got at least 3 cups of coffee lying around, all but one cold. guess which one i manage to reach for half the time
i don't really mind it as long as it's just cold coffee (i actually quite like it). it's another story when it's cold coffee laced with ash, because i'm one of those mingers who are very liberal about the use of random household objects as ashtrays
