Slightly depressed.... (CBPOB)

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I've just noticed this. I really hope you don't mean what I think you mean?

My sympathies.
Funeral tomorrow. Thanks.

So sorry for your loss. :(

Thank you all very much. In a situation as such it is so important to know that there are still some people out there to communicate with ... :( ...

The funeral took place in perfect sunshine and the cemetary has probably never seen such a lot of people
dressed in orange at a time before. For apart from relatives and friends, a large lot of colleagues of my
brother were there. Most of the time of his life, he had been working with the street-cleaning services
and if you had asked him how he would like to die he had surely answered: Sunshine, Motorbike, Boom!!! ... ;D ... well :-/ ...

@sziamiau
... your health is the most important thing. Every breath you take relaxed is a breath to the better.
I keep my fingers crossed for you to get well on time, but if not so ... then it's just how it should be ... ...

Just found out that one of my old mates from Edinburgh died last week. I'd lost touch with him recently but he was a bloody good mate back in the day. No-one on here knew him but I think he might have been at one of the early HL do's at the George.

RIP Ian.

Christ I need a good night out/drinking session

Oh yes ... and after half a year you find that some of the coping strategies you've adopted are not exactly appropriate ... :innocent: ...

No not really, but still...

The wee one needs a tube in her ear to drain the fluid heaped up behind her eardrum. She has frequent pains in her ear and her hearing on that side ain't perfect either.
They also found a large-ish polyp in her nose, so they will remove it in one go.

Kaat has problems with cysts in her knee and a small meniscus fracture.

It's just... I've seen too many hospitals the last years and I associate the buggers with nothing bud bad vibes :|
