i f you are signed in they take your word for your age as being whatever you said it was when you signed up. as its google owned being signed into gmail is sufficient and you dont need a paid account. of course they have assessed the content on the info provided by the uploader., which in this case was nma's official account. the 'graphic' content has been flagged by them when they uploaded....whereas the illegal rave video uploaders possibly overlooked it. or -as is actually the case- didnt give a fuck.
