How about the first, if not the only Moroccan Sisters' fan you'll ever know........ !!!!
Been a huge fan since '83. I saw them in Washington DC on Sept 1999.
I live in SW Florida now. I am driving to see them in Ft. Lauderdale.
I'll try to sneak in my camera.
I'll post a review as soon as I get back... 2 hours drive.

After the shows:
Courtesy Michael from Domion:
My pal George says he heard this one after they played the Trocadero in Philadelphia, "Wow, there was so much smoke I couldn't see the drummer."
Courtsey Dan from Dominion:
in Albquerque when a guy says "How do you do that thing
with your guitar? The only other band I have heard do it is this The m*****n UK, have you heard of them?"
Ben "Actually no, sorry."
Dan also calls this the "Patsy Question:"
Outside the Phoenix show, some bimbo[1] trying to chat up with Ben:
"So, is Patricia still in the band, like?"

Just back from the Fort Lauderdale show, and a stonkin' good time was had by all. Von seemed in fine form - the only nit being that his vocals could have been turned up a bit. Opener: FALAA. Closer: Vision Thing. To all you folks awaiting upcoming shows, have a great time!

All right! I just got back from the show myself. I tried writing down the order of the songs played, but I compared my list to the Mexico City setlist from Feb 27, and it is the same. With the same encore breaks and all. So, if you want to know what songs were played at this show, you can look over there. I know that list is correct at least thru Susanne, because I went home with the first page of Von's setlist. I was pretty much front stage center, it was a great show, there were lots of pictures being taken so hopefully those will appear soon!

Ok!!! An awesome show. Andrew was in top form and top spirits.
Set List:
Fisrt & Last & always
Ribbons
Dr Jeep/Detonation Blvd
Crash & Burn
On the Wire/Teachers
Suzanne
Giving Ground
Summer
Dominion/Mother Russia
Slept
Alice
Anaconda
When You Don't See Me
Flood II
**********
Never Land
Lucretia
**********
Snubnose (AKA Top Night Out)
Temple Of Love
Vision Thing
Highlights of the nights was "when you don't see me"
Andrew sang his heart out.. especially during Flood II. He sang the whole second half of it kneeling and singing his lungs out. He was awesome and looked in great shape and good mood.
Ben and Chris played the crowd really well. They were so much into what they were doing and they were incredible. They exchanged a few laughs with Andrew throught.
Sound was magical... Andrew's voice was a breeze from Heaven.. EXCEPT during SUMMER... the guys in the back screwed the sound system pretty bad and Andrew did not sing half of the song.. he kept looking and gesturing at the guys in the sound room.
Flood II, Dominion, Crash and Burn, and Lucretia were all magical treats.
The crowd really got into Lucretia and when it was over, Andrew said "ladies and gentlemen, Boys and Girls, Thanks for Coming" and took a long long long bow....... it lasted over a minute.
There was no security... but they made it clear No Video and No Audio. So I took my camera with me and took some pictures. Will share some tomorrow...
As for now it is 2:30 am and I gotta go to bed. I am beat.
Excellent show in all.
I truly enjoyed it.
I'll talk to you soem more tomorrow
Good Night everyone
(Please I don't want anyone to bitch about how boring the setlist is)

He said his name was Dave... swore he's not a Sisters' fan and went on to proove it. Interesting folks to talk to after the show.

I think that might be Miss Detroit.
But as I've only seen her a couple of times five years ago, I wouldn't
like to bet on.
I recall her being very drunk at the Vanbrugh College gig and trying to
clamber on to the stage (if that, indeed, was her).

With a Doctor Who t-shirt on. From the Tom Baker era. The man has just gone up in my estimation.
Dude!
