For those who don't know, there's been some boots threads on Dominion recently (thanks to the authors of such threads, btw). They were discussing whether the list was the right place for such practice. They thought the band might not be really pleased with it.
Heck sure you can use Heartland if you think Dominion isn't suited ! We don't have much morality anyway.

Yes, but go slowly. People are understandably suspicious when a newbie with no reputation asks for several copies at once. Show that you know what to do and that you will reweed.

Maybe it's an idea that before a person asks for a second (or more) weed that he has to reweed his first weed. Ofcourse it's another story if that person starts a weed himself and actually sends it out....
