Currently embarassed by my behaviour. That's two people in two successive days that I've been a total twit to because I didn't think about what they'd said before responding.

Don't worry too much, Motz, we've all done that. Hopefully they'll overlook it.

Currently embarassed by my absolute failure to see the bloody obvious.

There is a slight problem with the concept of this thread, surely...

...if you're REALLY, REALLY embarrassed about something then you won't be wanting to tell all yer HL mates, n'est ce pas?

Currently embarrassed by myself 'cos I'm picking holes in the lovely Jo's logic  . Ignore me.

Oh, you are...

It's because disclosure is often therapeutic.

Admittedly it (disclosure, or therapy for that matter) can also screw your head up and ruin your life, but hey...

Kicking people who irritate you up the arse is a much greater catharsis, I find.

Aha, marvellous avatar ailime. Nonetheless, I would swap my mother for your mother any day, leading nicely to an on-topic post...

My parents proudly returned from a carboot, convinced they had finally connected with my ever-varying music taste. They had intended to buy an album of my favourite band, brandishing instead The Pish-ion's Children.

... visions ...
do the frequent déja-vue count ? :D latest is dated from 3 days ago and it lasted 3 whole minutes. i recall how strong that funny feeling was when i realized i have seen the pics of Von (the ones ben christo's page - link on myspace) while listening to a specific scene from Jaws 3... i knew exactly too that my mom would irrupt in my room when one specific word was to be said by denis quaid in that movie.
