unfortunately my speakers fell victim to the necessary purge of all items breakable that proceeds a kids birthday party and will probably stay in their hiding place until christamas.

We've had our speakers confiscated by our bosses at work to stop such activities (or breaking them maybe).
A bit like being Lee's kids really I suppose.

I don't know, since it appears to be a fan-made video. Best idea is to leave a comment on the video which asks the uploader what it is.
I've not come across this animé before, but since it contains shounen-ai, I think I might just have to go a-torrenting.
