First, Last, & Always remaster?

Unknown songs and demos, who wrote what, who sang what, the usual biographies, discography gubbins, photos of Eldritch with no sunglasses, etc, etc, etc, yadda, yadda, yadda....

Hello Sisters! First post!
I'm sure this has been covered before (and if so, please post the link) but, I understand that Von remixed and remastered First, Last, & Always around the same time as the initial Vision Thing release (1990). I own the US version of FL&A, which I bought probably in 1989/1990 and it does not indicate any remastering. Question 1: If the remaster exists, is it actually any better? Question 2: If it is even marginally better and it actually exists, where is this remaster available from?
