... "Love Is a Many Splendored Thing ..."

It's the '93 crap film you're thinking about. A play on words.

1955. William Holden and Jennifer Jones.

"Love Is A Many-Splendored Thing" ...Sinatra sang the theme tune later.

Hope that helped? :D Or not? :(

Cos you're a man? Cos you frequent the more 'interesting' alleyways near Oude zidj Achterburgwal? Cos absinthe will always do that to you (which is part of the fun, surely).

2 out of 3 and there's yer answer.

Given your genuine location Cyn, acceptance of your invitation would certainly prove 'interesting'.

Well thanks for your words of encouragement and the like peeps..

Weekend ended up being rather messy, though I was cheered up endlessly (actually I was in hysterics..) after one of my housemates ended up a canal on our way home from a party, bike and all!

I'm just going to be cold hearted (or probably sensible morelike) git and drop it all from my head and get on with stuff.. Got way too much to look forward to this year to be dragged down by all this crap..

If I don't sees you in London in May, then most likely it'll be July in Leeds..

Aye! We'll drink to the cynical domination of women, and avoid any urban waterways. Good luck!

Umm ... your quiz seems to suggest otherwise.

Green Fairy

"You are a concentrated quimical (WTF? I do speak English) in weed. You're bright, lively. You're every junkie's dream date. :urff: :?

Taking onboard my Nancy 'just say NO' Reagan anti-drug abuse/consumption (yesssssssss, I'm old fashioned) stance, I'm somewhat perplexed/amused at the end result.

Guess it must have been the sex/giraffe question that fucked me up.

Allegedly.

PS: Lee, you're excused as always as you're driving me to Norwich. My London fashionistas tell me that speed and cider (and guns and cars and accidents) is the new Black. Especially with the Debs in Fulham.

A perfectly logical statement. Logic not being a very splintered thing.
