is this a threat to cause criminal damage ? yes, I can confirm we are watching and will always will be....................however ...we could follow them back home, pour petrol through their letter-boxes, and then offer them a light!
it's hardly a threat -and i have no intention of damaging any criminals.999 wrote:is this a threat to cause criminal damage ? yes, I can confirm we are watching and will always will be....................however ...we could follow them back home, pour petrol through their letter-boxes, and then offer them a light!
Maybe you need to look at the Criminal Damage Act 1971, section 2.it's hardly a threat -and i have no intention of damaging any criminals
having made no such threat to another, and certainly not with the intention of them fearing it would be carried out, i rest my case.criminal damage act 1991 wrote:Threats to destroy or damage property
A person who without lawful excuse makes to another a threat, intending that that other would fear it would be carried out,—
(a) to destroy or damage any property belonging to that other or a third person; or
(b) to destroy or damage his own property in a way which he knows is likely to endanger the life of that other or a third person;
shall be guilty of an offence.
