Hi everyone,
I think this was asked here before. Did the Utah Saints ever record this cover? Or they just played it live? In any case, I've been desperately looking for this for years -in vain. Would anyone light the end of this tunnel?
Thank you.

Thank you Dan.
I'm afraid I'm looking for either a possible studio version or a "good" live recording. I already had this "Off The Street" portion.

Think that recording's all that we'll ever come across sadly...

I have Voice of the Beehive and Jimmy Sommerville covering it, on Top of the Pops somewhere on video

The best version I've heard is from the broadcast of the Barrowlands gig in 93 - Radio 6 have played it at least once. Same songs/versions to what was played at the AE show.
I never want to hear the NMA vs Tom Jones one!

as MP3 coding, quiet in comparison to the tape it has come off but that's only because i'm still learning how to use Nero Wave Editor. Will try to improve it.
thought i'd done the Phoenix gig tonight, but no, apparently i didn't press the correct button, so on we go again tomorrow

Did you ever manage to find the recording of New Gold Dream from that source. As your recording starts with Gimme Shelter and continues to the end of the gig with the final Utah Saints song I'm assuming the person recording turned over the tape (as around 40-odd minutes would have elapsed) after New Gold Dream. Someone has withheld the other side of the tape.
