I really can't think of anybody worthy of playing him in a remake.
Just leave it alone for god sake. It doesn't need remaking.
But I agree a stage show with the two of them would be good.

A travesty indeed, and I'm surprised Bruce Robinson agreed to it. I guess the financial reward will be too good to turn down.
What's the story on RE Grant not wanting to do it? It's arguably his best and most famous role. He was brilliant in it!

I found a version on t'Internet ages ago, corrected some of the more obvious mistakes, and put it up there.
