There is an upside, tho.

Most of the time, people singing this song are either so pissed or so tone-deaf, they sing totally different notes and chords.

Then, the lyrics are not the same, so it is only an adaptation. Also, being pissed and a heavy accent tend to make the words sound totally different, sometimes making them sound likes different words altogether...

Since the lyrics are so short, you cannot see this as 'quoting' from a known song. You at least need 12 consecutive words OR a well-known patented phrase before you violate copyright laws on written texts (writers, help me out here! Mr. Robertson ).
