Hussey Returns To The Ballroom....

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

The Husster seemingly has no problem in playing up to the Goth -tag and I guess if that's where the money is at, good luck to him. I've no problem with the man. The Mish have consistently been one of the best bands I've seen live.

Amen :notworthy: , I've never been to a bad Mission gig.

never seen 'em & never really wanted too. not my thing really...

but as norm says, if playing up to the tag works for them (and lets face it, we slate von enough for doing the opposite and denying it so strongly ), then good luck to him/them. and i too hear they "put on a good show", if thats yer thing :)

I don't think it is saying - we're part of the G*** thing. Its just, Hussey tends to respect his audience a lot more maybe. Which is probably more of a Mish thing than a Sisters thing.

I've heard he's pretty friendly to his fans. But the appeal of Andrew has always been that superior attitude. There's someone I can look up to and respect.

No, seriously.

Fair play to Hussey, he may be Chuck Norris to :von: s Bruce Lee but it puts food on the table (how cheap is Brazil?) and warms the cockles of many a wee Goths heart.

I have and listen to many of their little ditties but he's been nae use for a wee while, hope he finds his muse again.........

Ah, but are they sitting down?

Seriously, if Von is 5-9 then Bongo's a 6 footer!
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

He's 3 inches tall, he actually lives inside the head of the cyborg that is sitting with Delilah

Go Wayne!!!
I quite agree, brillient live band, with some brillient material to show for themselves.

Anyway, why not accept the goth dollar if thats what most of the fans are offering? I was reading an interview with Carl McCoy recently and he said a similar thing. He'll embrace the goth tag if thats the audience hes playing to.
Nationalise the f**king lot.
