Rare / Valuable SOM

Just wondering - other than the obvious Damage Done and Body Electric Singles, what are considered to be the rarest and/or most valuable SOM goodies? (offical or otherwise!)

Sorry I can't remember. I don't think it was a huge amount, but it was more than I was prepared to pay at the time.
