FLAC help

I have received, in a trade, a DVD containing FLAC files and WAV files. Now, some of the WAV files have the same filename as some of the FLAC files. Is there a way of doing a compare (other than listening to them
) to check if the two sets of files are the same?
I'm using xACT and can't find a "compare" feature, and the documentation is... nonexistent?

use an md5 app to build checksums for both wav file sets and compare these - the numbers won't lie.

Decompress the .flac files into .wav files and compare the two sets of .wav's.
