Not me. I'd be the first to pump his stomach. It is what he wants anyway, and it would be too easy for him.

He has to sit his time and think about what he did.

Exactly. That f**ker deserves to suffer.

How the hell did he get access to any pills in the first place?

Aye, both of the above. :notworthy:

Difficult one

He's not allowed to suffer too much, the law frowns upon torture (for shame).

I'd personally like to see him executed-put out a message that certain acts will result in loss of life.

This may open a can of worms but I'm not going to comment further, my heed is square on my shoulders and I will not be swayed

maybe execution is also to good...he gets out of the daily sufference...

off with his balls and some electro shock treatment...burns and hair loss to the extreem...sends a similar message that this kind of crime will not be tolerated...and we keep him alive :D ...

actually...just keep him alive and let his own mind do the work...

Say what you want. Torture is still torture, whether or not you may think someone deserves it.
I'm generally alone in that idea, but I'm sticking by it.

Wow, that's really cool

We are talking about a paedophile here, and a child murderer. Daily Mail hysteria may not be your thing but I find your comment more than a little disrespectful to those little girls memories (and the brutal way in which they died).

I wasn’t trying to be ‘cool’, I honestly don’t care. You may not like that response to an event such as this one, but I’m not going to feign emotion. And what I mainly meant was that either way, if he dies or rots in jail, I couldn’t give a damn.

Indeed.

Anyway, is Ian Huntley a paedophile? I've never heard that there was any sexual motive behind the Soham murders.

Be that as it may, I'm not sure that there's much point in keeping him alive against his wishes; if he's really determined to kill himself, he'll manage sooner or later. (See also Ian Brady.)

I would guess smuggled in by a guard. He's not a popular guy.

I don't recall hearing that there was a sexual motive for it.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soham_murders wrote:His reasons for committing the murders may never be known, but minutes before seeing the girls Huntley had slammed the telephone down on Carr after a furious argument, as he was suspicious that she was cheating on him. The police believe that Huntley killed the girls in a jealous rage.
And it wouldn't suprise me that he'd overdose. Prisons are full of drugs, be they prescription or illegal, and many prisoners are given drugs (painkillers, for example) which they only take when they need them, so they'd have a small stash of them, so it's fairly reasonable to theorize that he could have gotten them off another prisoner. I know most prisoners wouldn't want to associate with him, but I guess they'd not mind if they knew it was a suicide attempt.

Yup. I'm all against the death penalty, but if some bastard wants to kill himself, so be it.
I'm not going to shed a tear. :von:

The other day, two activists/terrorists from Corsica died when the bomb they were carrying suddenly exploded. I won't regret them.

And they took nobody else's life this time. :von:

It seems he got one pill a night for a good night's rest. He collected them and hid them in the seam of his trousers until he had enough to put himself to eternal rest.

Who said anything about Torture as in we are the Spanish Inquisition.

I'm talking face to face locked in a room no weapons.
He was tough enough to beat those children to death.
Let him try and bring it on someone who can dish it back in spades.......

Can you imagine working in the hospital where he was taken? It must be so hard to resist jabbing the needle in that bit harder. Nursing is a tough enough job without tending to fcukers like Huntley.

And with regards to the other point - I'm sure he was previously on the sex offenders register for crimes he commited when working at a school in Middlesborough or somewhere?

No, I think he'd been arrested a few times but never convicted of anything. And they don't put someone on the register without convictions.

I think what it was was that the police force that had investigated/arrested him previously hadn't passed on records because they thought they weren't allowed to under the Data Protection Act. Changes to the law since have clarified the issue now.

You're right of course, Mr. Fiend.
16 Wednesday 26th November

The Old Bailey jury hears that Ian Huntley was charged and subsequently acquitted of rape in 1998. He suffered a nervous breakdown after this. Pathologist Dr. Nat Cary was giving evidence on the situation surrounding the girls death.
I stand corrected.

I'd read that Huntly had been prescribed pills as he was claiming depression.

He then stored them up & OD'd.

I'm firmy on the side of allowing hanging's/torture. It would put off potential psycho's like this guy from carrying out acts like he has if the consequences were known.

This guy should be left to rot in a dark room with access to absolutely nothing. Force feed him too, that way he stays alive & has to live with what he's done.

That's the factor that astounds me. I read about Peter 'Sutty' Sutcliffes penthouse. He has access to everything. Internet, whicever DVD's, books, CD's he desires. WTF? It just makes no sense at all.

The average cost to keep a prisoner is apparently 38k per year. Scary. :urff:
