... No-one. Given that we have 1,930 members isn't it statistically unusual that no Heartlanders have a birthday today?

Theres ~ 1 in 200 chance that no-one from a group of 1930 people has a birthday on any given day. But like Martin says, you aren't obliged to type in your birthday when you sign up.

I don't know how many people have entered their birthday, which makes it hard to work out the odds in this case. 8)
