and WHY does that rumour pop up? Are we now seriously smelling something and where does it come from?
Now and then someone sees Big Foot wandering thru the forest...

hmmm
"though plans for quickly released singles are on hold."
very old news cribbed from the website
"The seminal Goth outfit is at work on its first full-length since 1990's Vision Thing (Elektra), according to posts on the band's website"
ahh, poor the schleps have been suckered in by the old pages, as we all were when they first went up
"No details on the new record were given, though it revealed it had severed its relations with East West Records"
again, this is nearly 10 years out of date
the whole thing sounds like someone who, not knowing the full history & timelines, has had a look at the woefully out of date sisters website and gottena bit giddy with themselves
your "Readers' Comments" about sums it up

Does seem a bit strange how the same thing seems to be appearing on dozens of websites lately. A case of one article turns into two & so on or typical after tour mumblings/lazy journalists?

I think, because of reissuing many people visited official site, which they never seen before.

The day I bought Floodland in HMV I also saw a TSOM DVD, but didn’t bother buying it cause I was strapped for cash and wasn’t a fan yet; Floodland being the first TSOM album I bought after seeing an article on the band in a magazine called “Classic Rock. This was the cover:
Anyone know what it was?

No idea what it is, but that does look like a promo shot from the This Corrosion video. I do like the "To Employment" sign at the bottom..

I don't know how this happens, but I've already seen semi-official stuff (in my case, The Cure and Bruce Springsteen), not to say bootlegs, sold in very official record stores.
