Ebay rip off?!

Anyone here have any experience buying something from Brazil and know the going shipping rates to europe for one LP?
I won a Sisters item last night and now I think the seller is trying to rip me off!
I would be most grateful for any help on this issue.

Brazil interests me as well, for another matter. I'd love to get me some Não Wave records (original ones), but there doesn't appear to be a Brazil equivalent for eBay
