I hope all you space monkeys are taking advantage of the two FREE days of Sirius radio on offer.
Yeah, you cretins can finally listen to the likes of the King of All Media ; Howard Stern in real time. Radio how it should be made And you'll finally see British radio for what it is..and how far from satellite radio we are in the UK. And what a fat fraud and useless turd Chris Moyles really is. The saviour of British radio - my arse.
Join the Revolution.

On at 20:00...
Aloizy Jamrozy introduces Polish Journeys - Part 1 speaking about his journey from war torn Poland in 1939 through forced labour in Germany to the dance floors of London via Scotland.
He plays a selection of music including Slask song And Dance Ensemble, prisoners songs from the Nzi concentration camps and Gorecki’s Symphony of Sorrowful Songs (the original recording and vinyl pressing)
Then this...
Kosmische Kosmische DJs
Leo Avanti, Jim Backhaus, Mink Pelican, Tango Mango, Carlos Slazenger and Marcelo Madrid bring exotic fruits from the electronic krautrock utopia that is the Kosmische Club to the Resonance table.

Pandora Radio exclusively.
If I want to hear a moron babbling through half of the music, trying to be funny, I rediscover the lovely uses of the OFF button, time and again.
IZ.

Stopped bothering listening to the radio for the music long long time ago. For every one decent toe tapping tune there's guaranteed to be another 99 that make you wanna gouge your own eyes out.
Strictly news, weather and breakfast show inanity (for motivation to get out of bed) these days.

Sirius is actually pretty good. We have it in our truck out here, because half the time we can't get a terrestrial radio station.
Being satellite radio, it's not very often you lose the signal. It has a couple of hundred channels on it of pretty much any type of music, talk etc you can think of.
The comedy channels are usually pretty good and there are a few decent 80's channels. it does do Radio 1 so at least I can catch the s**t that is being played in the UK and thank f**k that I don't live there any more!
But to be honest, it's not worth having in the UK anyway as you're never further than a couple of hours from your destination!

That was put to bed about a year after Peel's death. Shame, it used to throw up some gems.
I'll still stick with R4, Woman's Hour is a stable round here.
Seriously!
