All of them - after all the remastered FALAA can't be as bad as the 92 (?) remaster can it?

Blind Stupid Fan?

Harsh but probably fair!

What about being deaf? It is the subject of audio releases after all!

I'll probably get "First and Last and Always". The bonus tracks on the other two albums really don't tickle my fancy. It would have been nicer if they released a two disk set, containing all singles, b-sides, demos, and rarities.

I'll likely pick them all up eventually, but I'm not exactly inspired to rush out and get them immediately.

None. I have all of the albums (except VT) on CD and LP. I can remaster them myself.

On consumer grade equipment without the original tape masters?

Good luck.

Considering a lot of remasters are just "put through compressor for more loudness, add a little extra bass (if Vision Thing) or treble (if Floodland)", I think I'll be alright ;)

If you discount the colouration, poor source material and the lack of a £5,000 budget for cabling alone, yes.

EQ + Maul-the-band Compression with worse than useless monitors in an untreated room is at best dragging the audio through a hedge backwards.

Apart from what you find in the weeding section, i've survived on audio taped copies of my vinyl since 1990 :D

Can't remember the last time I actually listened to them  ;D
