Meanwhile, the poster boys for 21st-century goth are the Horrors
I had to stop reading there. The Horrors

Members: Joshua Von Grimm Vibestation, Coffin Joe, Tomethy Furse, Spider Webb, Faris Rotter.

I kid you not.

Peter Richardson is reaching for his copyright lawyer about now. ;)

If that's not an argument for enforced sterilisation and compulsory national service then I don't know what is...

I've not read such bollocks in ages. And furthermore:
the road to excess does not necessarily lead to the palace of wisdom.
I'm a Gangwar fan, so I feel I should disagree. ;)

Having read all the above, I'm now gravely concerned for Reece. He's recently (ie through his latest object of desire) got into 'emo' music (his words, I must add) such as Panic At The Disco, apparently. Fair play, I thought, sounded better than 50 cent and all that crap he used to like.

But THIS? NO sex, no alcohol, no drugs??? F**k that, no son on mine will live a monastic life. I'll inject him with hippo tranquiliser first and throw him through a red-lit doorway with 75euros stuffed in his pocket first.

Kids eh? Who'd 'ave 'em?

 Your Reece is a classic, Dave. At Winter In July we were explaining to him we were all down here meeting up over this band the Sisters Of Mercy...

... he just looked at us and asked "WHY?"

And how do you explain Heartland? Somehow the insight of a 12-year-old made us realise how odd we really are

   :notworthy: Bless him, I get that look all the time! I love the way Reece looks on in horror every time the house fills up with black clad folk with metal bits sticking out everywhere and green hair, whilst Ethan goes 'Yaaay, loads of black clad folk with metal bits everywhere and green hair! Who wants to play Top Trumps?'

It can only do the pair of them good in the long run. :notworthy: :notworthy:

Erm. Is now the right time to confess to using my green CD-marker-pen to write on my CDs?

Altogether now...

"A 1, a 2, a 1-2-3-4
F***ing c**t!
F***ing c**t!
Spider is a f**ing c**t!"

One of the oddest gigs I've ever been to; Bad News supporting Gary Glitter at Bradford St Georges on one of his annual Christmas Gang Shows

Shame he turned out to be a nonce really as it really spoils my enjoyment of "I Love, You Love", "The Leader Of The Gang (I Am)" etc.

Which is odd I think.... I loathe junkies but I still like lots of choons recorded by junkies. Hmm., must re-assess my moral highground methinks.
