Sisters are hip again (or what to wear on a clubnight)!

fyi :innocent:

There's a new compilation out called 'Culture Club presents Rock'n'Roll Highschool'. Culture Club is one of the hottest places for belgian hipcats.
It's something like Fabric in London, but a bit smaller... Not really my kinda place, but hell, the 'look at me I'm gorgeous'-peepz love the place and its compilations. It's a fashion thing you know.

Well their latest compilation-cd R'n'R Highschool has tunes from then 'till now (The Gossip, Bloc Party, Hot Chip, The Kills, Blondie, The Cult, Gary Glitter, etc) and will sell pretty good I guess.

In the booklet there are quite a few pics of partypeople strutting their stuff on the dancefloor and one girl in particular draw my attention, wearing a F*ck Me And Marry Me Young-T  8) Always nice to see Sisters-shirts where you don't expect them...

Next time somebody tells me the Sisters don't appeal to the young & restless I know they're wrong. And now I have proof ;D

I bet she never heard a sissies song, though. That edgy piece of clothing with the word 'f**k' printed on it does it...

They sell Motorhead & Billy Idol shirts @ H&M.

On the other hand. Belgians were always very friendly to the sisters. Thanks for the info, anyhow.

I think I came across some link between fashion and old Sisters tees before didn't I. f**k me and marry me young, Jesus loves the Sisters, all sorts of things that eventually became hip in an adapted style

Didn't CC go bankrupt anyway some years ago :?:

The Girls do use a very strong imagery, so they're bound to attract a couple of hip people. The question of whether they'll like the music is open for debate. Let's be optimistic and say some of them probably will.

Once wore my Utterly Bastard Groovy T-shirt to Back To Basics in Leeds. Never felt so out of place

Saw Butch Dingle that night (before the mini bus crash, obviously).

 I know that feeling...
I always wear a Sisters-T when I go for a long hot night on the dancefloor. And I've been asked questions about that more than once too. Very happy to answer though
