My flatmate got a new BT B'band line paid for by his new work, which has even mucked up the existing line. He was told it would be up and running within 3 days, that was on the 14th of November, BT Cust Serv's then told him 15 days, so that's been me without B'band for 3 weeks now! Hopefully I'll be back within the next week, so if you can say hello to everyone online for me?
