Some "odd" tracks I've got - any info ?

Can anyone help me with any background to some "old" tracks that I have ?
A mate has burnt me a CD with some weird tracks on like "Driver" (with the Heartland lyrics but a different tune), "Wide Receiver", "Where Spirits Fly" instrumental (pre Ghost Dance), and a strange version of "Fix" in which AE preaches some message over the music.
Anyone else got them and can tell me more about them ? I am sure I can detect Fat Wayne's strumming in there.

Where Spirits Fly is a soundcheck recording I think.
Wide Receiver is a F&L&A demo.
Driver and Fix are demos from the early 80s. As far as I can remember there are 3 Fix demos (one of them is called 'Body Politic' I think).
I'm at college at the moment, I'll get some more info when I get home

The "Fix" demo is supposed to be Craig reading some Crowley text over the music. Very Goff, if you ask me, and I'm not totally sure it isn't bogus.
There is one called "Body Politic" (or at least that's what the bootleggers called it) which is a similar arrangement to the released version but much faster.
If the 3rd one is the one I think it is, it's likely just an EQ'ed official release (a lot of bootleggers did this to "manufacture" "rare" "demos").

Indeed, as everyone said:
Driver - Great song. Self-referencing, top choon.
Wide Receiver - Eldritch with a guitar.
Fix - Craig Adams with a bass
Where Spirits Fly - Live soundcheck, as it was made as a Sisters song originally. Ghost Dance did it better.

Have to say, preferred "Where Spirits Fly" done Sisters stylee... Nothing wrong with Anne-Maries vocals, but I wasn't too keen on the "stop-start-ness" of the the Ghosties version; as for the Sisters, THAT guitar... oh for it to have been released officially, even as an instrumental....!!

Thanks for the info folks - yes there is a version of Fix called Body Politic on the same disc.
I think "Wide Receiver" is brilliant, and also the version of Valentine which is less muddy than the official version.
