Scans of Reading 91 NME Review

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

I know, I know, its the NME, its a s**t paper, the bands it covers are 99% crap, but if anyone wants a trip down memory lane, try here (photo)

and here (review)

In terms of festivals that have actually happened (as opposed to fantasy line ups), probably as good a bill as I could ask for. And I wasn't there. Ain't life a s**t sometimes??!!?

Ah yes, the dear old NME.

Shouldn't be surprised, really.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

I remeber that - 's a decent review!

I'm pretty sure Dele Fadele played in the tent that weekend - didn't he used to sing for Welfare Heroine? (they did a blinding cover of Where Do You Go to My Lovely? btw ;) )
