As a matter of fact, I do. In the same kind of awful way that nuclear armageddon is (not sarcasm).

Having said that, I would genuinely wish a very happy Hannukah to the majority of Jews around the world, who are not responsible for drafting Israel's foreign policy (or policy at home for that matter).

Happy Channukah (that's how it always used to be spelled on the signs by the sinagogue near where my grandparents lived.)

I have only the vaguest idea why this thread was started, since I have been intentionally ignoring all newspapers, news websites, and news programs (with the occasional exception of News Night on BB2) for quite some time now.
