Should Uk tv licence payers get the Radio Times for free?

It's a listings mag these days, many papers print them for free. The review sections may be worth paying for, but nowt else.
And when was the last time you paid a licence fee for anything?

Iv never paid the licence fee as im only 25 so I still live with/spunge off my parents!
(they pay for one tho before you call the BBC !)
and I do pay my Eldritch tax.
BTW I guess you will vote option three then ?
