Massive congrats to one of the greatest personalities (and best looking) in Music history...

I'm blissfully overlooking what he has done in the past 30 years because his first 30 years have been so overwhelmingly impressive. :notworthy:

A shame isn't it? I remember when I wanted to marry him, he was just sweet 38 years old, which makes me *counts with both hands* 14.

:notworthy: Arra to big Bowie! :notworthy:
What he´s made will be remembered for a long time, and what he is yet to make won´t fail either!

It´s a bloody shame I don´t have a single one of his albums...

Edit: @ IZ Aye, that should do to catch a Gazelle.

Hey kids, and you thought I was pushing it with a 20 year age gap...

37 years older than me. Should I feel dirty?

Or is it Major Tom ? Ziggy Stardust ? Aladdin Sane ? Halloween Jack ? Thin White Duke ? I'm getting confused... :urff:

@ canon docre : everything David has done since Outside has been pretty good at least and should by no means be overlooked imho. 8)

20 year age gap between what and what?

Where I was brought up there is no such thing. :)

I f*cking love Bowie, read a nice article last week were he said he feels the more like Davey Jones now than ever before. Very happy in his wee life.

Happy Birthday Thin White Duke

Time really has crawled for this androgyenous being and he has, probaby, the most impressive back catalogue of any living, working, fully functioning artist alive today.

Is it Ok to say I love Black Tie White Noise and that 1. Outside was his last epic?

Bob Dylan ? :innocent:

BTW Black tie white noise is okay. Not great but still very pleasant nonetheless. 8)

Thing is, I don't even bother checking it out, it's just not the same thing anymore. Call me a stubborn old bastardess as you wish.

As for his recent looks, I saw him as a nice elderly gentlemen but as well looking like a granny trying to look like the kids. :|

And Lucien, sorry for my many fingers. soviet genetic experiments during Cold War and all that.

Dylan influenced a great deal of musicians/artists but he never really IMO, went as far as Bowie in creating genres and styles or 'pushing the envelope'. If you see what I mean Eric.
Fair point Sir. :notworthy:
