Yeah, just seen that on the news there. I thought it was terribly sad - greyhounds are such beautiful creatures.

They said he probably didn't make much sound not only because he was a racing dog but also because he'd already suffered some kind of abuse (so woundn't howl or whimper for fear of a kicking)

Shocking negligence on the part of the polis though...

I'll live with it, whilst animal cruelty is despicable (both my pets have come from the RSPCA) I do not understand how anyone on this planet can wish harm on a human when they are aginst it for animals.
